my girlfriend and I tried fillings popiah. It is indeed a new concept where they mixed new flavours of popiah. We tried their texan chicken, salsa burito and terriaki salmon. It was really good. the popiah were very juicy. I like the texan chicken the best. The chicken was so fragrant and very tender and juicy. my girlfriend preferred the terriyaki salmon. She said the terriyaki sauce really brings out the flavour of the salmon. continue reading

New age popiah with many different types of fillings to choose from. Very innovative but not sure that it should be called popiah as it's not the traditional fillings. The Teriyaki Salmon is nice. Still prefer the original flavour popiah. The skin is too thin and the sauces leaked everywhere. The fillings were too wet and it's not packed tightly enough, not like in the traditional hawker popiah. The fillings also don't taste as good as the hawker popiahs. Not recommended as it didn't taste authentic or special at all. continue reading

i love the popiah at fillings. They had so many different fillings for their popiah. So innovative! You can buy 3 popiah for $4 and each popiah, you can choose different flavours. I ordered the old town which is the original flavor, the salsa flavor and the sesame toufu salad flavours. All tasted really good, the skin was really thin and moist. The fillings were very tasty and a lot. I think it was really worth it to try so many new flavours! continue reading

Who say popiah can only be done the old and boring way? At Fillings popiah is made differently!Flavoursld Town Favourite - original popiahSalsa Burrito - chunky chicken strips marinated with Mexican spices, sprinkled with tomatoes, capsicum, and cheese and topped off with tangy salsaTeriyaki Salmon - salmon marinated with herbs and teriyaki sauce, topped off with special teriyaki mayonnaiseTexan Chicken - crispy strips of deep fried chicken marinated with our secret spices, layered with lettuce, sprinkled with tomatoes and topped off with savory mayonaiseSesame Tofu - a medley of top grade shiitake mushroom, sweet corn kernels and tofu topped off with crunchy ice berg lettuce and our blended sesame sauceThere's one more flavour which was not included on the website menu which was the Egg Mayo.I didn't really like the Sesame Tofu, the rest of it are alright. I felt that their popiah was too dry as the popiah skin was quite thick and if only more sauce was added in the popiah it will be perfect!A must try is the Teriyaki Salmon. continue reading

They have many types of popiah and wraps here with interesing flavours. They also have some promotional wraps with a cup of drink.Went to Nex for a movie , and bought this popiah as a snack before the movie starts.I had their traditional indonesian popiah which cost me $1.80 per roll. Here, they do not cut the popiah up like the usual popiahs we have, they give you the entire roll in a plastic bag for easy eating. The taste is okay for me, nothing too fanciful.although i requested for a bit of chilli, i find the chilli slightly too spicy for me. continue reading
