Signature Dishes
After having waffle, my buddy's boyfriend is still hungry and he needs some meat to satisfy his tummy, so we head down to Popeye's for some fried chicken. Buddy's boyfriend had 3pc Chicken meal while she ate half the mashed potato, and she commented that the mashed potato is very salty. Chicken was tender thouI only had fried calamari and it was too chewy! The batter also falls off after the first bite.

While waiting for my movie, we came to the basement of The Cathay to try out Popeyes. There was a long queue here because the cashier needed take orders and pack our orders too. So it took some time. I ordered Fish Bite, Mashed Potato and Cajun Fries. I liked the Fish Bite with tartar sauce paste. It was delicious! The mashed potato also tastes fantastic for me. Overall is nice. I will consider to try other bites too.

Used the coupons I received from the staff standing at the MRT station to get this meal - Cajun Rice with a piece of chicken. I also add another 3 chicken tenders to it using the coupons. This is the first time I am trying out the cajun rice from popeyes and it tasted not bad actually. The portion is surprisingly big and very filling. The chicken is freshly fried (as mentioned in their restaurant that they don't use frozen chicken) and it tasted moist and juicy.The chicken tenders are as good, which is why I will always order them to go with my meal.

Nothing can beat the days of having a fish burger in a chicken store... Went to popeyes after watching a movie.. Since it was an afternoon movie, i had a chance to have a n early dinner or should i say late snack... My friends and i shared the fish sandwich... The fish was good... the cajun fries were not that bad and the drink was good but what was best was the sauce... Tasted like tartar sauce.... so unique.... so interesting but very fresh... Seems like they make their sauce fresh. You must try it to believe it...

I met up with some ex colleagues to catch up the old times. We decide to have dinner before heading to Playnation where we booked for some rounds of board games As usual its a friday and there's tons of people at Popeyes. Their seats are always full but luckily two of my colleagues came early and manage to grab seats My receipt is quite unclear as i always find this sort of paper that they print of easily fading. What i wanted to highlight is that if you go to their site and does their survey within 2 days of your visit, you get to claim a free bonafide drmstick with their receipt where you'll fill in the validation quote from the site. I ever claim before and its valid Back to my food, me and my colleague L shared a 3 pcs meal since we were not too hungry It's $11.10 for both of us But what im piss is that i don't take spicy and my L actually ordered 2 original and 1 spicy hoping that the extra one original we'll split. However the person gave all 2 spicy and 1 original Anyway its too late when we realise as we've eaten so oh well Anway i ate some of the spicy with lots of water so its fine just that i didn't like the spicy taste Hope that they can improve an minimise such mistakes in future though they are busy!
