Signature Dishes
I was spoilt for choice as they have around 18 flavours that day (more not listed that day). I took quite long deciding on what flavour to drink and ended up randomly picking 'Grumbling Raisins' which was rum and raisins in exact. My topping was marshmallows and it did felt odd as they were hard rather than chewy. As for my friend, he decided to drink the 'Babelicious Baileys' (It was baileys irish cream). Another alcohol infused milkshake but not as strong as my rum taste. He added granules as topping (for added crunch?). Anyway, we both drank till we almost finished and we got sicked of the taste. We felt that the milkshakes were a little too sweet for our liking.

my favourite milkshake comes from once upon a milkshake made with large scoops of ice-cream, milk and real oreo, their open-concept of the kitchen allows the customers to look at how they make the milkshake with a what-look-like shaver to blend the ingredients together. usually you don't have to do add-ons because it's just so delicious. very smooth and not very sweet, perffect for a hot day in Singapore!

I am a big fan of caramel and eager to try out anything that have caramel in it. I asked for a recommendation and the friendly assistant recommended me to try Mr Smooth Caramel.I tried it for the first time and fell in love with it. It tasted really thick and milky. I added chocolate bite to it and i liked the bitsy texture. If you are a fan of milkshake then you die die must try this. Recommended.

Mr. Smooth caramel & Chocolate truffle castle regular cup $5.70The milkshake at OUAM is quite luxurious, $5.70 for a regular cup! But it actually worth the price coz they are using the whole ice cream scoops to blend and become milkshake. The viscosity is really high, so it's a bit thick and then hard to suck on. The chocolate truffle castle is nicer for me, the chocolate flavour is rich and not too sweet. I like the small chocolate chips on top of the milk shake, make the drink more lively with some crunchiness. The caramel smooth is quite milky and vanilla taste, and my friend get a bit bored after drinking half a cup. So actually the small cup is already very enough if you have eaten other food or just have meal.

I have not tried Once upon a milkshake before. Hence while at Orchard, I noticed they were having this promotion and hence decided to get a cup of berries milkshake. Wow the taste is good! You can really taste the blueberries and the rich taste of the milkshake. Delicious!The drink is refreshing as well
