If you love creamy and sweet soup, the fish soup steamboat here will be quite ideally for you. Many pieces of thick sliced fried fish meat are added in the soup, which are in golden brown and the meat is juicy and soft. Very health soup which includes lots of cut vegetables, soft beancurd cubes, thinly sliced yam and seaweeds in it. Really nice to eat with a bowl of the fragrant plain rice and their sweet chilli sauce also taste great for the dipping of the ingredients in it. Night time the place is really crowded with people, so do go down earlier to avoid the long wait for vacant seats here. continue reading

The fried fish soup here stands out for it’s soup but not the fish. I don’t mean that the fish is not fresh or has the fishy smell, but the fried fish is not crispy at all. The skin is not thick enough, the fish was just coated lightly with flour and fried for a quite a short time only. The soup is simply delicious, be sure to ask for milk for the soup, it smells nicer too! continue reading

Fancy some milky fish soup served in a steamboat style?Though the fried fish here are not crispy, the marinated fish taste good with the soup. This is not one of those kinds that will make you thirsty after the meal, maybe they put in less stocks or cubes in their soup. The portion is fully fit for 1 person and the ingredients are generous. continue reading
