Ritazza is a located at SIngapore Changi Airport Terminal 1 departure hall. It is probably the longest standing cafe. And it is probably one of the best cafe at the airport. Besides serving a cup of heart warming, aromatic coffee, the cafe also has snacks and bites to go with. The cafe has been recently refurished with the upgrading and it has a more cozy sitting area. It also has free wifi and tv to watch. continue reading

My boyfriend and I frequent changi airport quite a lot as we enjoy plane-watching. Have never tried this cafe and it was one of the only ones that were almost empty so I guess there was a first time for everything. We ordered a brownie each and a cup of chilled coffee. I had the mocha.Brownie: This was OK. Was served warm and I liked how it was slightly crispy but nothing too spectacular. One would get sick of this after a few bites. Tasted like an instant mix 2/10Irish Mocha: was really horrible! possibly the worst coffee I've had. It tasted diluted and almost as if there was no caffine in it. It tasted like sugared iced water with a dash of coffee maybe. Coffee here is not recommended!!! I bet coffee shops do better then this! We both felt sick after "tea" and decided to skip dinner. 0/10I cant believe this cafe is located at changi airport. Not recommended 2/10 continue reading

We decided to grab a quick bite as we were only left with 30 minutes before we have to check in to our flight. Most of the cafes and restaurants were quite crowded except this. There's only a handful of foreigners inside. So we guess service should be fast enough. How wrong were we?We grab 3 sandwiches at the chiller and proceed to the counter. We stood there for quite sometime while the two staffs at the counter had their back on us, minding their own business. Finally we can't wait any longer and call out to them. The three sandwiches all cost the same whether it's Ham & Cheese, Egg Mayo or Tuna. At the price of $4.20, it doesn't taste any better compared to those sold in 7-Eleven! In fact, it's so dry that I need to get some water. Their Lemon Chicken & Parmesan Ciabatta is not any much better. It's plain, dry and almost tasteless with the rough meat of the chicken. It's quite hard to swallow. The waiter just took it out, put on the plate and serve but it takes them like 5 minutes to serve us this item. It's not cheap either, it cost $10.50! So expansive! continue reading
