Signature Dishes
Touch down to changi airport on a friday night. decided to taste some homecook curry chicken.Saw that they have a promotion on some of their Signature Food.Decided to try their Asian Delight - Curry Chicken.At $6.30, it come with a drink. Barley drink. You are not able to change to coffee or tea even you want to top up the amount. This is what the staffs say.Waiting time for my meal. 15 minutes. First taste of the curry, okay, not too much of the coconutmilk added and not really spicy.Chicken was a okay sign for me.But for the potatos, it really feel like it was cook complete. Hard on the inside centre part. A dissappointed meal just back to singapore.Hope they can improve somemore.

I was at the airport last week to fetch my cousin who was here for a short holiday. As we are feeling a little hungry, we headed to Toastbox for something light. However, we still ended up ordering curry as the aroma is too fragrantto resist. We got a curry chicken with white rice and toast to share. The toast is cut into 9 pieces similar to its floss toast. I think the toast could be crispier since the toast is thicker than normal bread. It is each to his/her taste. My mum found it just right to soak the curry sauce. The curry chicken is quite average, the curry is not too full of coconut taste, so it is not to jialat. The spicyness level would be ok for most people. My grouse is that the servings is a little bit small, but I guess that is just how it is at most places.
