Yum! I wish there was a stall serving Taiwanese snow ice closer to where I live, as I'd eat it all time time Saw this stall at East Coast Park... it was a scorching hot day and I figured it would be similar to a snow cone. It was even better.I don't know how they make it, but the "snow" is so finely shaved that it melts in your mouth. There are many toppings to choose from (fruit, oreo cookies)... I opted for the fresh strawberries which cost a bit more, but was definitely worth it. It's probably quite low in fat, too ;)

Had a milk plus strawberry plus mango ice for $5.50. There was no strawberry fruit that day so we replaced it with banana. The strawberry ice shaving is made from strawberry juice and not artificial flavouring. It is highly recommended to have it during a hot day, the ice shavings are neither too cold nor too hard for your teeth to bite and the fruits are refreshing.
