Dropped by Changi Airport T3 and decided to have the Nankotsu ramen from Ajisen for lunch. The pork meat was pretty dry and carried no particular unique or strong taste. For a Japanese restaurant, the noodles was disappointing too. The noodles breaks immediately when you chew onto it. It doesn't have the flour texture on the inside of the noodle which Japanese ramen normally has. However, the soup was good. It was thick and carried a good tonkotsu taste. Overall, it was tasty but totally not worth the money. Would not try it again.
