Full review at http://lepakwithyaops.com/de-burg-singapore-unadulterated-burger-barFollow Lepak With Yaops on Instagram and Facebook"Health is wealth"...You can throw that out of the window if you are planning to visit De Burg! Meat, meat and more meat! Own of De Burg believes in delivering the best burgers, thus no patty-binders added nor spices and herbs to mask the smell. What you eat is totally unadulterated! This place is literally a burger heaven as there are simply too many variations of burgers to choice from!I got myself a Choco Lamb ($6.20 for 50g, $12 for 100g, $19 for 200g), which had a succulent, juicy, tantalising, mouth-watering (need me to go on?) lamb patty with Nutella spread on the burger. First of its kind, but I guess I will go without Nutella the next round. My friend got this which had a beef patty and a Portobello mushroom. Healthier choice? Maybe. Similarly to the lamb patty, the beef was kick ass too!Worthy of mention here is that there is free flow fries when you buy any burger and dine in. Drinks like cider and beer on tap were available too. Will I return again? Definitely, but not too often partly health reason and price too! Nevertheless, double thumbs up for De Burg!

Please visit http://thumbsforfood.blogspot.sg/2014/03/deburg-burgers-i-thumbsforfood.html for the full post.Deburg Signature Burger $18.50. We decided to try their signature burger as it has everything from the beef patty to the portobello mushroom to the crispy bacon. For me, I feel that the determining factor of a tasty burger is the beef patty. The Deburg signature uses a 200g Australian grass-fed striploin patty which was quite juicy! With that said, I would probably return back to Deburg to give their other burgers a try. Deburg burger also serve as a good alternative to the other choices in the coffee shop. And you can also add the toppings according to your own preference! I love to make my own style of burger which is like a stacking high burger with lots of different toppings in between!

Ready for burgarasm?De Burg is arguably said to serve the best burgers in the west in terms of quality and value. Located within a humble coffee-shop which is just walking distance from Alexandra Food Village. The environment has totally gave me a total change of my impression to a neighbourhood coffeeshop as all the stalls were selling westernized food and not the usual rice and noodles stalls that was all along in my mind. Even the usual kopi stall has been transformed into selling German Beers. Perhaps if you want a cup of kopi or tea, we have to divert our steps back into the hawker Centre.Occupying 2 unit space in the coffeeshop, they are considerably one of the biggest stalls. Helpers were all dressed in black polo tee - their uniform. Service was friendly and efficient.Ordered the 200g heavy Cheeseburger with onion rings and ranch beans for its sides. American serving of burger was big as expected with thick juicy yummy beef patty sandwiched in between and loaded with lettuce. Buns with sesame were spreaded with a thin later of magarine at its bottom.Sides like onion rings were fried to golden crispy perfection and even for the beans, they were semi-sweet and perfect choice for the dish.Overwhelmed by the availability in its menu, I had finally came to my decision after some struggles and I had chosen a safe choice which was De Burg's signature, with tatter tots and balsamic vinegar over salad.Tatter Tots was actually mini crunch harsh browns. These bites were good with some sauces to go along.Looking at the beautifully stacked up burgers were not only eye pleasing but irrestiable as well. Piled up with tomato slices, lettuce, enomous slice of fungi with cheese and bacon over the tender patty, presenting De Burg's signature. Just in case any of them slips off, a wooden stick was used and punched through it to ensure that everyone was in tact. Here's even a better shot on its burger. Are you drooling now? With the help of the sharp knife and fork given, I got a cross section view of the burger. I bet you cant hold any longer after looking at these glorious looking stuff ! Enough said, let's head down to have a bite! Have a great sensual pressure indulging them and pamper yourself after a long day of work.http://www.umakemehungry.com/2014/03/de-burg-cafe.html

I'd heard a lot about De Burg but always thought the place was very out of the way. So when my friend offered to drive here I was more than happy to go along. The big boss is very hands-on and does a lot of the work here. He's friendly and nice so thumbs up to that! I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with a $5 add-on of portobello mushroom. That's right.. $5 for that add-on. Pretty pricey but I guess it was worth it because the burger was absolutely incredible. The patty was perfect, none of that artificial tasting crap and the ingredients just came together beautifully. One gripe I had: the burger buns were actually cold. Like they came fresh out of the chiller. Not cool. At least warm it up, guys!Other than that, no complaints and will definitely be returning to try other creations like their unique lamb and nutella burger!

De Burg is actually located in a small coffeeshop at Bukit Merah. It’s relatively near IKEA Alexandra and is just hidden behind Alexandra Village Cooked Food Centre, which isn’t too difficult to find when my friend and I visited them. They actually sell a wide variety of burgers including chicken burgers, pork burgers, beef burgers and also do have some specials too, but in much larger portions than the rest. All burgers are being served with either a side or two, depending on the size of your burger with 3 options available to choose from.I wasn’t in for something too daring that day so I ordered the regular Pork Burger with Chips (or if you prefer it, Fries). It’s a simple burger consisting of a 100 gram pork patty, vegetable, tomato, cheese and bacon. The bun was toasted and it was tasty; these days its just rare to find a place that would toast a bun for the burger. When the grilled pork patty was being cut with a knife, it didn’t disintegrate into crumbly bits, nor was it tough, which was pretty impressive. People who love their bacon crispy would like this burger too.We also ordered Popcorn Chicken as a side because we just didn’t want to order the potato dishes since we already have them with our burgers. The Popcorn Chicken is rather similar to those you can get at KFC, but they are seemingly less greasy and more addicting to pop into your mouth. We actually ended up polishing that first. For more photos and the full review, please visit: http://jiaksimipng.wordpress.com/2013/03/06/de-burg-blk-119-bukit-merah-lane-1/
