Signature Dishes
The stall is located at the corner and apart from take-away and delivery service, you can have bento or sushi inside as they have a small dining area that can cater to about 8 persons. I always walk past and wanted to try but I'm afraid it is not fresh because by the time I drop by, it is night time already.Since grabbing a bite, I bought 3 boxes of sushi and free 1 box which cost only $4.70. 6 pieces in a box from $1.50-$1.70 which is considered quite reasonable. Luckily everything is fresh. The rice within has the taste of sweetness. The crunchiness of cucumber still exist. Nice. Next time I shall try their bento set. No more doubt now.

Umisushi has been at Jurong East Interchange for quite a long time, but I've only ate there once. Decided to takeaway my dinner from umisushi one day! I ordered the student meal at $5.50 which consists of a drink and a bento set. I choose Tori Teriyaki as my bento out of the 3 given selections. Service was abit slow as there were a few people in front of me and it took me 10-15mins to get my food.At first glance, the meat might not look much but it's actually enough for one serving. I really like the mashed potato topped with fish roe, a rather differing taste from the other food. The cauliflower and brocolli were probably cooked for quite sometime before I ordered and it could be cooked longer as it was abit hard. But overall, it was a satisfying meal as the meat was nicely cooked and marinated!

At just lower than $4 per pack, this outlet sells quite a bit of sushi ranged at fairly reasonable prices. Each sushi is wrapped with egg, cucumber and seaweed and sprinkled with roe or sesame seeds. The sushi was served slightly chilled and taste best dipped in soy sauce and wasabi. The rice is well cooked and soft and not too salty and melts in your mouth. The cucumber and egg slices wrapped inside each rice wrap was not too small and blended well with the boiled rice. Overall a nice box of sushi!

never saw this store at jurong before so i guess it was newly opened. since was a little hungry so bought a salmon sashimi sushi before heading home. the salmon tasted not too bad, does not have the stale fish taste so i guess the sushi are still quite freshly prepared. although the variety at the store was not too many, i still managed to find something that i would want to try so i think is still ok
