It was really a lovely and budget meal at Just Acia.  For only $5.90+, I get to enjoy this whole set of chicken cutlet rice set with free flow ice cream with cold and hot beverages.  Restaurant is cooling and comfortable.  The staffs here are nice and polite, and clear tables really fast and clean.  Chicken cutlet was really big in portion and is crispy and not too oily.  Rice is fragrant and soft, with not too salty seaweed soup to go along.  Yummy! continue reading

My first try at Just Acia. I chose the promotion set meal which you have 6 of them to choose from at affordable price. Just fill up the self order form, order and pay at the cashier. They will serve up the necessary for you except drinks and desserts. Yes their drinks and assorted ice cream are free flow. We can choose from the variety. I had their cold Homemade Milk Tea. Nice. Not so sweet. I ordered Deep Fried Chicken Ramen set. The ramen doesn't look appealing and the taste is average. But the noodles are well-cooked. The deep fried chicken is crispy. The small plate of kimchi (I think) is crunchy and nice. Overall the set meal is quite satisfying because I left with no rooms for their ice cream. Quite a waste. Will come again for others in their menu. continue reading

This is one of my favourite venue to have a really nice and budget main for my lunch. Their fish and chips are less than ten dollars and is also inclusive of free flow hot and cold beverages, and also different types of ice cream for you to choose from too. The french fries are quite alot in portion, and are also not too salty and oily. The fish may be coated with too much flour which you cannot really taste the fish meat in it. But overall I will not have much complains as for this kind reasonable price offer by this restaurant, it is definitely worth it to come back for more. continue reading

Enjoyed visiting this Just Acia branch as they have one of the cheapest set lunch in town. At only seven dollars and ninety cents per set, I get to enjoy a big bowl of noodles soup, crispy chicken nuggets, preserved vegetables, miso soup, free flow hot and cold beverages and wide range of ice creams as well. This is so value for money that even though the noodles does not really blend well with the soup, it is still acceptable for me because nothing is perfect in this world. However, I would still says the chicken nuggets and preserved vegetables taste fairly good and nice continue reading

Just Acia has its very first outlet at NUS, located at the new building at Medical school. During the first few weeks of business, the eatery advertized to have the set meal with free flow drinks and ice-cream. However, when I went there the other day, apparently they are not doing the promotion anymore. The staffs are quite friendly and attentive. After ordered and paid at the counter, you can find a seat and the staff will bring you the food later when it's ready. I ordered the chicken terriyaki ramen set ($5.7) that comes with a drink. The ramen is very small in portion, the broth is a little bit too salty. Fortunately, the terriyaki chicken actually tastes not bad. There is definitely plenty room for improvement. continue reading
