Ice kachang is a solution to the crazy hot weathers these days. This is one of the better ice kachang that i tried and i liked it. The level of sweetness accompanied those colorful syrups used was just right. It came with red beans, sweet corn, atap seeds, jelly cubes waiting to be discovered underneath that pile of shaved ice. It is big enough to be shared amongst 2 pax. continue reading

This ice kachang is nice. I went CNY shopping with my son and we decided to take a break to have ice kachang here. A big bowl of colorful ice kachang at only $1.50. The sweetness is just ok. The ingredients are all very nice. My favourite is atap seeds. I will want to try other desserts if i come back next time. continue reading

The most perfect way to fight the crazy heat that we are having these days probably would be a bowl of ice kachang.Ice kachang has always been a top choice if i wanted a dessert to complement my meals. I used to think ice kachang is none other than a pile of shaved ice with syrup of different colors poured over it and some red beans, sweet corn, jelly cubes, atap seeds hidden underneath. A recent experience changed my opinion of it. It seemed it does require a certain effort to make a perfect bowl of ice kachang. And this particular stall matched my expectations for a good ice kachang. It was delightful to look at that colorful pile of shaved ice topped with some sweet corn. The different flavor of different color that poured over the shaved ice made it exciting to dip through it to find the treasures awaiting underneath. It came along with 3 atap seeds, sweet corn, red beans, jelly cubes. I enjoyed it pretty much. continue reading
