Auntie Anne's used to be one of my favourite shop because i absolutely love their pretzels. And before they opened an outlet in Jurong Point, i could only satisfy my craving by going to their other outlets (say Suntec City) .So imagine my immense happiness when they opened at JP.  Triple cheers for joy!Anyway I always get the Parmesan Cheese Pretzel. I love the somewhat chewy texture of the bread with the cheese toppings. The cheese were slightly salted too and thus adds to the overall flavour. Yums! continue reading

I love pretzels. I really, really do. They're the best things on earth, whether they're the crispy salted ones from supermarkets and soft warm ones from Auntie Anne's. I literally buy a pretzel whenever I see a pretzel. Which is why I was disappointed with the pretzel I got from this branch in Jurong Point.I ordered the Zesty Roselle pretzel, one of my favourites due to the sweet, tangy flavour of the beautiful pink coating that blends nicely with the original saltiness of the pretzel base. To be fair, it tasted great like it should, with generous coating of roselle powder. The problem was that the pretzel was served cold. The service was relatively poor as the worker did not seem to notice customers or offered to heat up the pretzel. While I'll still pick up a pretzel when I see one, I'll probably think twice before getting one from Jurong Point again. continue reading

After tasting German's Pretzel and Auntie Anne's, I will still go for the latter for its softness and flavours. I had ordered my favourite pretzel from Auntie Anne's, the sour and cream flavour, my all time favourite. I was attended by a guy and his service was shocking, there is only one way communication made which is I told him on my order. Expressionless and speechless throughout the transaction. No plastic bag was given and the sour cream powder was not as much as my last transaction.Cost: S$3.00 continue reading

Auntie Anne is the first place that I would think of when the word pretzel is mentioned. Even the plain pretzel taste good, especially when it is warm and fresh, soft and chewy. It looks fun to watch them making the pretzel, it seemed so easy. My favorite by far is the cinnamon sugar, which make the pretzel even more fragment because of the spice, enhanced by the sugar. continue reading

Finally open a outlet in the west side as previously the nearest outlet from my home was at suntec city. Pretzel is one of my favourite as there are different seasonings and flavours made available to choose from. However, the standard seems to have drop as compared to the pretzel that I have brought from suntec city outlet. I have brought a total of two pretzel which includes the cinnamon and the seaweed flavour. Firstly, for the cinnamon flavour pretzel, a thick layer of the cinnamon sugar is stick onto the pretzel. Whenever I took a bite, my whole mouth will be full of the cinnamon suagar. As for the seaweed flavour, the seaweed toppings that is stick on the pretzel looks dry. As for the taste wise, it is totally bland and there were no taste of the seaweed and it's like eating a plain pretzel. I think that the staff should have given more training to improve the taste and quailty of the pretzel. continue reading
