Tonight, we are going to a seventh month dinner with my parents in law at Ang Mo Kio. The caterer for tonight is Sin Hup Seng. The first dish for the night is the cold dish platter that has mayonnaise prawns, fried wanton, top shells, deep fried chicken balls, bak gua and century eggs. The bak gua and century is normal. The mayo prawns is fresh and has canned fruits laid on the bottom. The deep fried wanton is nice with crispy skin and well marinated pork/prawn filling. The topshell has a refreshing taste lemon/lime taste and is a little spicy. The deep fried chicken ball is nice and crispy.Spring chicken with prawns crackers. The spring chicken is nice, tender and juicy.Steamed fish, the fish is huge and fresh. The sauce is nice and tasty. They still have other dishes but was wiped out before I get to take pictures. The food by Sin Hup Seng is nice and the serving is huge. continue reading
