i been eating this since young, my grandmother used to buy this for me.i Love eating shui kueh. very appealing flavour (quite sweet)The texture of their shui kueh was just nice (soft, smooth, wobbly, firm), chye poh was not salty too,i did not add chili to the food because i'm afraid it will be too spicy for me (based on experience), overall: never complain before
