This beef noodle stall is recommended by one of my friends during my poly days. He kept raving how good it was and when I finally tried it for the first time, I was instantly sold! Since then, I would always have cravings for the beef noodles here! There was once we even had a big dry beef noodles each and shared one more bowl of soup beef noodles between the both of us! Both the soup and dry version were good! However, if ask to choose one, it would have to be the dry noodles as I really love thick and super gooey dark sauce!  continue reading

Went to Marine Parade Market for Lunch... Can't find any thing special until seeing this store at the left end corner and wanted to try since there is a short queue forming. The shop owner quite nice so I ordered a bowl of dry noodle up size @ S$4.50.The presentation of the noodle looks good, I am very excited to try it.But once I tried the gravy is not the kind of taste I like, is a bit sweet. Some of the beef is a bit rubbery. Some are tender, so not very consistent.Overall the taste is ok, not excellent but with that price @ S$3.50 for a normal bowl can try.Although I still prefer the Beef noodle food chain in food court and the one at Raffle's Place MRT. continue reading

Last Saturday, I got to go down to collect my travel vouchers from Pricebreaker (Yay! Holiday is coming!). Thus, I suggested to my hubby to go to the Marine Parade Food Centre for our lunch before going to the agency. There are many popular stalls in Marine Parade Food Centre and one of my favourites is the beef noodles here. The stall is very popular and you can see displays of all the recommendation articles and awards/posters at the storefrontI love the dry version of beef noodles. I ordered the small of beef noodles ($3.50) which was topped with pickled vegetables and peanuts. It was very appetizing and the peanuts added crunch to the noodles. The meat was very tender as well. It was definitely a good bowl of beef noodles and I will recommend this to those who can take beef. continue reading

I seldom eat beef as I do not really like eating beef. I do not like beef burger but somehow I enjoy beef noodles.Recently I have a crave for beef noodles, and this stall always come to my mind first so I went ahead to have my lunch here. There is always a queue and even during non-peak hours, you still have to wait for about 10 minutes for your turn.Their usual price is S$3.50 / S$4.50 per bowl but I never have enough so I alway order their large bowl at S$4.50.I always order their cooked meat dry noodles, i love their gravy, beef & the soup. Its so tasty.Whenever I think of Beef Noodles, I always come back here and have been their customer for over 5 years now. continue reading
