One of my favourite chill out places for weekend evening with the girls as this place is pretty chic and Stylish with nice choice of ambient music. Friendly servers with big smiles on their faces. We had the Blue Lagoon, Gin Tonic and Fried chicken for finger foods. Drink was well mixed ( I can taste the alcohol in this, as from past experiences, some places is stingy with their alcohol) Chicken is crispy and juicy. Great hangout! continue reading

The place wasn't too bad for big group of people, comfortable setting, nice seats, relax and chill enjoying their live band. Enjoyed the live band with a pint of lychee shots for $60!! Was quite tasty as well. The service attendant was quite attentive though the place is crowded during weekend night, enjoyed the place much more between the sets, certainly will return to this place again. continue reading

Acid bar is quite a cool place to hang. It's usually packed during weekends and this Saturday is no exception. But I like the style of the bar and there is a live band which makes the whole drinking experience complete. No drinking session is complete without some finger food. Try the Truffle fries. The smell of truffle oil is quite strong (yum) and they sprinkle some cheese on top which gives it a slightly pungent bite. Goes well with a cool drink. Since I'm not a beer person, I opted for the lychee mojito. I like my mojito like this, more sweet and not too strong on the alcohol. Very cool and refreshing! Cheers! continue reading

Service is generally efficient and I was duly informed that some of the tables have no chair and we are not allow to take chair to sit, it is funny. so do check before you sit down. Otherwise, sit back and enjoy an evening of chilling out with friends. I really enjoy a good live band but don't know that many good places here that actually offers a great combi of good grub, booze and music, other than Timbre and Wala. So I been asking around albeit not making much headway. continue reading
