We came here for desserts after our dinner at Tampines 1. Wild Jackfruit The price was $2.80 because apparently there was a promotion to purchase the cakes at a cheaper rate when you ordered a regular drink. I cant remember the actual pricing, but should be more or less of the same price range as other coffee places.The cake was jackfruit cheesecake. Unique but too thick for continuing pleasure. HahaAfter a few spoonful, I kinda dun really enjoyed the cake anymore. The jackfruit aroma was too overwhelming that it totally tasted like jackfruit rather than a well blended cheesecake.So yup, once bitten twice shy. =pMatcha Latte A all time favourite "safe" drink.Perfect MatchThis was supposed to have a tinge of strawberry, but it tasted too much like normal milk tea. I had to "specifically" trace for it, if there was any....Conclusion?TeaDot is just another after-dinner hang around places. Apricot blended tea is surprisingly very thick. Seems like drinking tea shake instead on first taste. Drinking apricot tea can be very full so I suggest sharing with your partner even though that was the smallest cup size I ordered.Quite an expensive tea after GST and service charge which totalled $7 on average!

My hubby and i were having dinner at Tampines 1, suddenly i have craving for dessert and was asking hubby whether he like to have some cake and coffee afer our dinner. Of coz, he say okie and we proceed to Tea Dot. I ordered a cake and drinks. Overall, cakes are good, drinks pretty normal, pricing is about the same as Starbucks, Coffee Beans, etc. I will definitely come back for cakes again.

I'm not exactly a coffee lover but with so many coffee outlets popping up around the island, guess it's the next best place to hang out with friends. That's when teadot comes into the picture and offers a refreshing change.To me, drinking tea is a great way to destress and relax so when I feel like taking a break, I'll pop by the Tampines One outlet ( a pity that the illuma outlet has closed down) and just order an ice-blended tea. Tea has a light feeling and I do feel light-headed and calm after every tea session.Do drop by the outlet at Tampines One to enjoy the wondrous benefits of tea (before this outlet closes down!)
