I happened to walk pass the dim sum stall and decided to grab myself a bite of their char siew pastry. i kind of like the skin of the char siew pastry, it was sweetish. when you take a bite, it simply crumbles into pieces. the char siew filling is really good. some places it is too sweet however for this one, the sweetness is just right. you can only find lean meat in the char siew pastry so i guess it was pretty healthy cos no fatty meat. continue reading

Before I left the food court, I stopped by the dim sum stall to grab a snack. I bought their fried wanton. It was pretty expensive, one fried wanton cost eighty cents. The wanton was deep fried till golden brown, however it was not too oily, I guess they tried to remove some oil before selling. The ingredients in the wanton were not really a lot but the wanton did somehow tasted pretty tasty and crunchy. continue reading
