ShareTea is originated from Taiwan, the pioneer of the bubble tea. Claimed as 'Taipei No. 1', they have various selection of drinks, from classic milk tea to ice cream floats. The queue was quite long when I went there, but it didn't take long to serve my order.Classic Pearl Milk Tea (medium size) - $4. We can choose our sugar level. I chose half sugar level, just like I always did in any other bubble tea stalls. But, I felt like I had made the wrong choice. Share Tea's half sugar tasted weird in my mouth. Seriously, it's really annoying! In Surabaya, I used to choose half sugar level whenever I bought ShareTea, and it tasted so good. Why in Singapore, it tasted way more terrible? At the end, I ended up throwing the tea to the dustbin, unfinished. Is it just my tongue that went numb, or ShareTea milk tea in Singapore tasted weird? Ah, next time maybe I will just choose full sugar, or stick to another drink. continue reading

I’ve always preferred getting drinks from share tea partially because I am able to get 10% discount for being a nebo card holder ;PIt is also due to that their service is pretty good for my experience and they have quite a number of choices to choose from ;DI ordered the cocoa lover with 50% sugar level. The wait was less than 5mins.The cocoa lover is similar to chocolate milk and it goes well with 50% sugar as it is already naturally sweet.Even though there’s quite a lot of ice, it doesn’t get too diluted after the ice has melted continue reading

After steamboat with my friends, I got really thirsty so I headed to share tea to get myself a drink. there was a small crowd waiting for their drink but it did not take long for them to prepare my drink. I ordered their milk green tea. their milk green tea was very milky, just the way I like it. No matter how milky the drink tasted, the freshness of the green tea can still be tasted. I kind of quench my thirst. continue reading

I was getting a little sick of the milk tea with pearls combination, so I was drawn to Share Tea’s extensive range of fruit teas with toppings. I decided to go for their Passion fruit green tea with mini pearls. The server advised me to go for at least 80% sugar because the drink might be too sour for my liking without higher sugar. The passion fruit green tea was very refreshing and it had a tinge of sour passion fruit flavor which I did not mind. There was also a lot of crunchy, chewiness from the passion fruit seed bits and mini pearl topping I requested. I was impressed by the service staff here who very courteously greeted me and thanked me after serving my cup and very patiently explained the nature of their fruit drinks. continue reading
