Whenever we visited the hawker centre this is a must eat dessert or starter. This item consists of taro, sweet potato and sticky rice cake or 年糕. The rice cake will be sandwiched between the taro and sweet potato then dipped in flour and fried until golden brown.Well I should say that it taste crispy on the outside and soft in the core. This makes an easy snack before or after meal.

What is next after having a hearty lunch at Changi village?Some goreng pisang or fried tapioca to take away for sure!They serve quite a wide variety of snack (which is mostly fried base).Whenever I am at changi village for lunch, I'll take away some goreng pisang and tapioca back to be shared among colleage during tea-break!The crust on their fried tapioca are good. Taste good even when it's cold.Not to mention their goreng pisang, crunchy crust over the moist banana.Excellent snack.
