Mr Bean has been on my breakfast list for most of my working life cause of their ever tasty soybean drinks and pancakes. However there is one pancake which I am swearing off my life is their Ham & Potato pancake which I threw away away after 2 mouthfuls.First mouthful was one of disgust where the fillings were so salty, the only other thing I tasted was the hint of sweetness from the pancake. The second mouthful was just me making sure that my taste buds weren't haywire that day.Bottom line, go for the other flavors, but definitely not the Ham & Potato flavor. continue reading

Am a big fan of Jollibean because of its rich peanutty pancakes but I must say Mr Bean's chocolate soy ice blended really beat them! Its so good and you can choose your sugar level. I had the 25% sugar and found it really just nice. Will be back again defnitely, perhaps even a staple drink! continue reading

not sure if the soft serve is supposed to be made of soy? it tasted different to normal soft serve. it is also a very small serving. and it melted almost instantly! have to eat it quickly. no special taste. does not even have a taste of vanilla. just creamy coldness. nothing special. nice presentation. service is fast and efficient. would be great if there were toppings as it was very bland. about $3 continue reading

Ordered for extra sweet bandung pearly drink! It only costs $2. I requested for extra sweet therefore it is really very sweet, however it is still great! It will be nice to drink on a hot warm humid weather of Singapore. They also have normal soya iceblended pearly or papaya pearly iceblended type. They are all affordable and easy to drink ! Would try other flavours again! continue reading

Soya bean ice cream is definitely a whole lot healthier than normal milk ice cream, with less fats and cream content. The ice cream was not too watery but still soft. It had a strong soya bean flavour. You can have the ice cream in a cone or cup. I prefer the cup because I feel soya bean ice cream with a waffle cone do not go well. continue reading
