Fancy nice waffles? Tight on budget? How about dropping by Gelare on Tuesdays? Gelare offers half price on their waffles(Original and chocolate). The waffles they provide are hot, crispy at the sides and soft on the inside!The chocolate waffle is very different from the original, it has thick and melty chocolate throughout the waffle itself. So...even without eating the ice-cream, getting just the waffles is a good deal. Of course, coming to gelare, the ice-cream is a must try. The variety of ice-cream flavors and the thickness of it makes you melt along with the ice-cream.

Even though you may expect a better quality ice cream from this premium ice cream cafe, the ice cream cone which I have bought from here does not make any special impression or produce any outstanding outlook at all. The chocolate flavour is quite thick and slightly sweet. However I am quite upset that once I hold on to it, it actually melt very quickly and it would be better if it is in harder form. The biscuit cone is quite crunchy but too many small little parts will drop off during every bites of it. The price is abit too high and not really the kind of ice cream which I fancy of.

Never heard of chocolate chip inside a waffle until I chanced upon this place called Gelare Cafe.WOW.Let me tell you,the waffles here are reaaaaaaaaaaaaally good!!I ordered it with 2 scoops of ice cream-butterscotch as well as cookies and cream. The waffles was also drizzled with chocolate syrup. Halfway through my waffle,I already felt too full so I think it's better to be shared!

I love Tues because it is Gelare's half price waffle deal. On this day, several people flock to the different Gelare outlets to enjoy this sweet treat.It is usually accompanied by ice-cream, whipped cream and sometimes fruits.I ordered the Frutti Waffle with 2 scoops of my favorite ice-cream - honey malt crunch and macadamia. This waffle-ice cream set is slightly more expensive (by a few cents) due to the additional slices of strawberries and peaches. I love mine with lots of whipped cream and chocolate sauce (or one can choose maple syrup) This offer just makes everyone love Tuesday!
