This garlic naan selling here is very delicious and I often come down to buy it as I really cannot resist it's good taste. This indian version of bread is fluffy inside the naan and is very crispy at the external of it. The garlic spreaded on the naan has made this simple indian bread really fragrant and with that added butter flavour in it too. The portion is really big and good to fill up an adult stomach and have it share with your friends as a snack is also an ideal choice too. continue reading

I have always loved the food at Go India. However, this was my first time trying it from the express outlet and I must say, despite the food looking tempting on pictures and on the menu, it was a nightmare.I had ordered the cheese wrap. My wrap took nearly 15mins to be served. It looked like it had not been cooked well. To my astonishment the paneer cubes (indian cheese) in the wrap were very raw! The only other ingredient in the wrap was a chalk full of onions. There appeared to be some other spices involved but the wrap tasted really bad. It came with mint chutney (mint sauce) which also tasted horrible and too sourish. There was nothing special about the wrap as it tasted so plain and raw. Wont be back for wraps! and would stick to proper Go India restaurants (Vivocity) continue reading

I now have a bad experience of Go India although I don't know if that is a fair judgment because my first time trying Go India's food was from an Express outlet.I ordered the chicken biryani, which was served in a plastic take away box except without the lid because I had it dined in. Firstly, it took them 20 minutes to get my food ready and next, what shocked me was that my chicken biryani appeared to not have any real, full piece chicken, in fact I didn't see no chicken, only to have the staff said that the chicken were inside the rice.Yes, and so there were bits of chicken hidden within the rice grains but that's about it, probably around 5 tiny bite sized pieces. The gravy was watery too and the side vegetables were overly raw.Bad, horrible. continue reading
