If you are looking for something small to snack on, you can give Pie Kia a try. You will small the fragrance of the bake pies as you near the shop, they sell many different types of small pies, i am sure you can find a favor that you like. I decided to try the Chicken Mushroom Pie (M on the pie crust), the pie is small and it is good for snack. The pastry is fluffy and the filling could be more. continue reading

I like this food stall, for they sell mini bite-sized pies with good substantial fillings, like black pepper beef, cheese, they even sell unique pizzas! I've tried both their vegetable and mexican pizzas, and I think the mexican pizza is extremely good as it has kidney beans, good meat, lovely sauce and peppers and a thin crust that makes it seem like you're eating a cracker with meat toppings. Enough to share for quite a few people, and one should try out the different pie fillings, as the pastry is crispy and suitable for its fillings ;D continue reading

I hate the ham and cheese toa pie kia. It taste and look nothing like the small pie kia. I am still wondering why there is such a big difference between them. The pie crust of the toa pie kia is nothing like the crispy crust of the small pie kia. It is horrible and it tastes funny. I can’t even finish the whole pie. I think there is so few toa pie kias because it taste horrible and very little people will buy it. continue reading

Pie kia is here! not the gangster that i am mentioning! its the food that i am mentioning now! If you looking for snack, the shop pie kia is the one you should look for! Other than pie, they also offer pizza as well! As you can see, there are 2 types of pizza, the one with mushroom and pineapple is for vegetarian. I can say that i LOVE the one on the left! its taste not bad! However, what disgust me was the service by them. Not only were they listening to earpiece, i had to speak louder in order for them to listen. The service by them made the food look bad. But nonetheless, i will still patron the shop for its wide variety of pies and pizzas! continue reading

I was feeling quite hungry after 4 hours in the hair salon as I only had an early lunch of noodle soup that day. Hence I was hunting for a cheap quick snack at the basement of Northpoint before heading home for dinner.I spotted this Pie Kia kiosk that was selling small pies at mostly $1 each. The low price and small size of the pies attracted me since I shouldn't be munching on something too heavy before dinner that was to be about an hour later. Thus I decided to grab a Chicken Mushroom Pie (note the mark "M" on the top crust of the pie).It was great! The pie was adequately warmed up and the chicken mushroom filling was well done, not overly salty or peppery. The top crust was also crispy and had a nice but slight buttery flavour. I must say I made a right choice in picking this to be my "tea-time snack". continue reading
