Signature Dishes
After strolling in Gardens by the Bay for the whole afternoon under the hot and humid weather, I finally get to rest on a bench just right infront of Seventh Heaven. I decided to try out their ice-cream to cool myself down under the unbearable warm weather. Cookies and Cream Flavour The cookies and cream flavor taste normal just like anywhere else. But the commendable factor is that they have abundance of cookies in it, which added some touch of crunchiness to the plain vanilla ice-cream. A great company under the scorching sun as you stroll around the garden!

My friend working at Gardens by the Bay recommended me to try Seventh Heaven's icecream if I ever go there one day. As my mom took leave from work today, I decided to bring her to the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest here! After we were done visiting both attractions, we saw the Seventh Heaven kiosk just right outside Cloud Forest. The outlet here only offer takeaway, however you can sit at this really long bench near the kiosk. There were quite a few flavours and all look so enticing. Eventually settled on Lychee Martini and Black Rose flavour. The Black Rose is a combination of dark chocolate with a tinge of rose flavour. My mom absolutely love the Lychee Martini! Same goes for me It cost $7.80 for 2 flavours and I feel that it is very worth it for the large serving size. The icecream is also very thick and by far the best icecream I have ever tasted in Singapore!

I cannot resist ice cream. Whenever I walk past an artisan ice cream shop. I will want to try it. Seventh heaven I heard is famous for ice creams with quirky flavors. The shop in charge shared that they are famous for their alcohol flavoured once because they do not hold back on the alcohol contents. So it's definitely able to satisfy the craving of an alcohol fan. After sampling a few flavors, I settled on Black Forest. It was rich, creamy and full of alcohol. I love it and will definitely return for more..

FoodA cup of 2 scoop of ice cream will cost S$7.00 while a single scoop costs S$4.50.Ordered the green tea with red beans and their signature lychee martini. Green tea red bean was great and with bites of red bean in every mouthful of ice cream I had eat. These scoops of ice cream tastes moderately sweet and very refreshing. Lychee Martiti on the other hand had a sweet tasting lychee taste that lingers in your mouth after a few spoonfuls of it. The down side is that the ice cream are too soft and not quite freezing.Lychee Martini as the bottom and Green Tea Red Bean flavor as the top scoop.ServiceService are of average. Since it was a Saturday evening, the crowd is unavoidable. However, the queue were make fast moving by the cooperatives staff.AmbienceWell located between the exited of Flower Dome and the entrance of cloud forest. It's just like giving half time to those who opted for another conservatories trip. While Waiting before going into the next area by GBTB (Gardens By the Bay) , many of them are sitting on the sides enjoying their rest.PricePrice is still alright considering GBTB is an tourist attraction area, pricing will be abit steeper than the usual place.Recommendations / TipsTry their lychee martini flavour.

It's a pity that most of the Seventh Heaven's bistro had closed down due to high competition (i think?) as I really like their ice cream compare to the others ice cream selling out there. To me I always like how Seventh Heaven ice tasted - not too sweet and it was just nice. Their flavors of the ice cream is really well selected too, not too "weird" and create for the sake of creating to match how other ice cream parlor is coming out. I also like how they portray their ice cream image - very atas looking by at a affordable price. When I get to know that they have open their parlor at Garden By the Bay, I decided to visit them again for their awesome ice cream. We ordered quite a few flavors to share - mini chocolate, rum and raisin, lychee martini, rocky road, chocolate, passion fruit, dark cherries & merlot. They are all so awesome and I am glad that the standard is still there. The ice cream is really flavorful and addicted that if not for the sinful feeling, I would have gotten myself another round of it. If you are a fan of ice cream, you should really go and try their ice cream!
