Signature Dishes
Fried black carrot cake (not really into western carrot cake) is hard to be done right, compared to the white version. The black sauce has to hit a sweet spot or it will ruin the taste. This stall has it done almost right. The sweet black sauce is just a tad too sweet (perhaps too much sauce) but other than that, the carrot cake was well fried and had generous bits of lard. The egg mixed inside was also excellent. Love it! My rare attempt at tinkering with my phone photo app. Usually I will just go for the food!
