Tea time at ET Artisan Sweets is always fun and enjoyable. Restaurant is very spacious, quiet and beautiful. Is really relaxing to rest on their comfortable seats and have your favourite snacks here. The staffs are friendly and fast in serving the dish to your table as well. Their chocolate crossiant is fluffy and full of the nice butter fragrant, and the added chocolate strips make it more flavourful too. Cheese cream mini wholemeal bread is healthy and great for those who love thick cheese cream food. Paid less than $20 per person which is affordable. continue reading

This Royal Hazelnut is rich and chocolatey cake with hazelnut crunch at the bottom of the cake. It was well balanced. Not overly sweet and not too big piece that was really enjoyable. Also tried their blackforest cake. It's a lighter cake compared to the royal hazelnut. It also contains alcohol. In my opinion, the alcohol content was a little too overwhelming and covered the taste of the chocolate in this cake. The shop is very pretty, a very nice place to chill. continue reading

One of the food that I had never touch in my whole lifetime is macarons. Reason given that I perceived it as something that is too sweet to be consumed. Thus I never understand what is the rave about it until I first try my first macaron. It was a complimentary macaron from ET Artisan Sweet. It was my very first 2 macarons in my entire life. I had orange chocolate and yuzu. To my surprise, the macarons were not too sweet. On top of the crispy crust on the outside, the middle was a smooth tarty aromatic fillings and there was a small soft gelatin in the middle of the fillings which eluded a burst of the yuzu flavour in my mouth (I was tasting the yuzu macaron). The orange chocolate one was equally good. The fragrant of the pastry was simply delightful to my soul that made me feel happy for a very long while ( this type of feeling only happens when I eat something really good). By the way, one macaron is only $2.50 each and they have very pretty and princessy deco. I think it could be a very good to slack my day away with the sweet treats and a cup of the Gryphon tea. continue reading

Now that the mall has been renovated it's got a lot more variety of shops to walk etc. The only thing is to get here conveniently would be by car.. So after buying some groceries and other stuff for dinner, I decided to takeaway some sweet goods, Macarons! The staff were very friendly and spontaneous to even recommend. The macarons were very well made and so perfectly pretty on the outside. One bite will put you into a happy child with oreos and milk mode! Check out how pretty they look: continue reading
