Signature Dishes
A fine dining at 'The Cafe Cartel' with my friends and we have ordered some dishes to share together. This was the first time that I went in to dine and it was a really great experience with my friends lol . Overall, we've waited about 15-20 minutes before the food is served to our table. All of us are provided with cold water from the friendly waitress as well. The staff service was great and attend to our need patiently too.

May look like a really 'in' and 'young' place for those younger generations to have their meals and gathering. However I should say the standard of their cooking is still fair and lots of rooms for improvement. Really dislike their mushroom soup as it is quite diluted and not too creamy at all. Very few sliced mushrooms can be found in the soup as well. This soup may spolit your appetitie for the main course and dessert as well. Ever tried their cream of corn soup as well and is equally diluted and not that creamy too.

This large plate of breakfast set has certainly satisfy both me and my husband. The scrambled egg is soft and nice. Sausage is chewy and not too hard. The hashbrown is the usual nice one which we can eat it from most of the fastfood restaurants and buy it from most of the supermarkets. Bacon has been barberque till quite crispy and juicy. We have enjoyed this full set together and I am sure you will too have the same thoughts as us too after you have tried it. Only available during weekends and public holidays so do note.

okay here is some argument. My friend actually thinks that the carbonara at The cafe cartel was awesome and very nice whereas I think that was disgusting. Different outlet anyway. Would you want to try this out?Normal Macaroni and cheese. I hope to have more cheese on top. Forget what this burger called. Anyway it's nice!! =PFree bread and butter when u dined in here. Not quitee interested coz the bread was hard and dry.Dark chocolate cakeNew york cheese cake.The cake were nice, half off after 9 or 10pm.

This is bad.. really bad.Bad service, bad food, bad cleanliness.I ordered this chicken & pork hotplate and it took about 30minutes to arrive! Moreover, I went on a non-peak hour, about 8 to 9 at night with less than 10 customers at that point of time! When the food arrive, it came with the wrong sauce. I ordered mushroom sauce but it came with black pepper sauce.. Food presentation wise is pretty good, but the taste is really bad.. Meat is tough, pretty tasteless and bland, egg tasted so-so and nothing's really good in it.My mother ordered Chicken Salad and it came with very very, VERY TOUGH chicken cuts. Called the waiter for a change and he doesn't seem to what the problem is. Hence, he called the manager here and the manager offered to change to "Chef Salad" but my mom wants some meat. My dad, a steak-lover, mentioned that his is below average.Totally not worth to go again.
