... well thats how i feel when i eat at this stall if you know what i mean...Well i too am not sure what i mean... but anyways... this stall serves great Ban Mian... Only funny thing about this place is the smell... Its so weird but i doesn't really matter...It costs around $3.30 or $3.50 per bowl of Ban Mian... I personally prefer mee hoon kuay because i get to taste the entire texture of the noodle. And since its a halal food court... they serve chicken..... so its muslim friendly.... in fact this entire foodcourt is... Craving for Ban Mian for a long time, I decided to try out this stall for my lunch. Foodcourt at HDB Hub which near my working place. I ordered this, savory soup with an equal balance of spicy, salty, and sour. Spices added inside make it a great taste, it was so flavourful.Look at the prawn, it was big and fresh, the portion was generous too. Only costed $4.50 per bowl, you are able to enjoy wonderful Thai-style Tom Yam soup Ban Mian. continue reading

I was sick the other day.So the first thing which came to my mind was to eat Sliced Fish Noodle, since I need to eat bland food.I went to the Ban Mian/Fish Soup stall at Koufu, and ordered their Sliced Fish Soup with 'Chu Mi Fen' (thick mee hoon).Price: $4.00Rated: 8/10Soup was bland. Not much of MSG added because I don't feel thirsty after eating that.Sliced fish was extremely fresh!! The flesh of the fish were sooooooo sweet!!!The vege and other ingredients added in the soup were good as well.I love Chu Mi Fen so I really enjoyed this meal Didn't regret eating this!!Service was good and the environment was clean continue reading

This stalls sells ban mian,u-mian,mee hoon kuay, lor mee, seafood steamboat, hotplate noodles. So many different types and since it is a ban mian stall,i ordered double fish ban mian at $5 a bowl which consisted of 2 different types of fishes which is the fried and boiled fish topped with half a hard boiled egg, vegetables and ikan bilis. The ingredients are very fresh and tasty but i don't really like the noodles as it's overcooked and tasted soggy. My daughter has the seafood steamboat at $4.50 which comes in a very small steamboat and all the ingredients inside are precooked like prawn, fish slices, squid, seaweed, tomatoes, vegetables and the soup is tasty. continue reading
