Lunch with my kaki. Ordered a simple fried curry noodles and seafood crispy noodles. Both serve in hot plate style. Noodles is slim type and waiting time about 10mins. The taste is good and fresh ingredients supply but not outstanding. There are few pork slides and vegetables. I felt it is not value for money.

Drilling with Eastern Culinary, The Asian Kitchen provided delightful familiar cuisine. Business was pretty good, it was almost full house upon we arrived. The serving speed was quick, maybe because of the organized system and prompt response of staffs. Ambience was not bad in my opinion, simple and trendy. My order was with Egg and his order with Prawns, the rice portion was a lot. Nothing to complain yet nothing to compliment, it was a normal dish ever. Prawn was served fresh, taste overall was just nice. Slightly burnt fragrant of fluffy rice, I requested extra chilli to accompany along. Price was certainly within budget, will make my next return.

Since I had tried their la mian the last time I went there, I decided to try something different this time. I ordered their minced meat rice which they called it eggy rice ($6.50). The portion is really small and it was a bit salty. I also ordered a few dishes to go with it. The smoked duck ($8.80) was quite good. Instead of serving it cold like many appetizers, the restaurant serves it warm with seasonal vegetables. What I really like was the Hakka salted pork ($9.80), which is second in the picture. The meat and the fat proportion is just nice so it is very soft. It isn't too salty and perfect with rice.

since my previous trip to Asian Kitchen was quite a pleasant one. I have decided to patronize them again. This time round I have ordered their Tonkotsu La Mian which consists of their succulent pork belly served in the hot pork broth. The soup is very tasty and spicy at the same time. But I love the soup. Asian Kitchen has used the real authentic Japanese essence and flavors of the broth. The noodle is very chewy and the pork belly is very tender. However, every piece I consume there will be a small portion of fats.

The asian kitchen offers a more of chinese cuisine. Ranging from rice, to noodles. They do have lots of items on their menu so it might take awhile to decide on what to eat. Their prices are around the same as other chinese restaurant which is considered as affordable. Their food were tasty, serve hot, and delicious. Good place fod good chinese food.
