Signature Dishes
Spent my afternoon reading a book at Cottage Waffle Place while enjoying some really sinful but definitely great tasting waffles. Ordered the waffle bites with chocolate sauce and ice cream and peanut sprinkled over the entire cup of goodie. It was fantastic! The waffle was so soft and warm and totally complemented the ice cream very well. Amazing how all these different food managed to come together and create such an addictive cup of snack.

I went to cottage waffle place with my girlfriends to a nice afternoon of chit chat and delicious waffles. i ordered their waffles with a scoop of ice cream. Normally for some place when you order this, they will just top the ice cream on top of the waffles, but this one, they cut the round waffles into 4 and stack it on top of each other then the ice cream is place separately. The waffles are delicious when eaten with their creamy ice cream. It is indeed heavenly!

I guess it is the name that attracted me to buy the deal discount coupon. But sad to say, the waffles here are not that fantastic. There are quite a few flavors of waffles to choose from, but we went for the family combo which comes with waffles and ice cream together with fondue. The ice cream are those that taste like Kings ice cream that scope up from the tub. So it is not frozen hard enough. I cannot dip it inside the fondue without it melting, so i cant get the chocolate coated ice cream kind of effect. The waffles are crispy but lacking in vanilla or pandan taste. It is just so plain that i have no idea what exactly am i eating, but it is edible when dipped inside the chocolate i guess. Slightly disappointed by the shop.
