My hubby suggested eating dessert after our dinner and we decided on Udders since it is just two storeys down from the food court. I had originally wanted the alcohol flavour, but decided to go for the chocolate since I tried a sample and found it to be quite tasty. My hubby went for the rum rum raisin. We thought separation of scoops will still get us the double scoop price, but we are charged by single scoops so next time we will definitely combine them in one cup since it's not worth getting charged for a extra cup. The chocolate is quite intense in taste and it is not too sweet which is why I got it. It is one of the better chocolate ice creams that I had, though I will prefer the chocolate sorbet at Tom's anytime.

What I love about U.d.d.e.r.s is that their ice cream do not melt easily and that the texture of the ice cream is chewy! I dislike ice cream that melts super-fast after like a few seconds they are in the cup or cone. But for U.d.d.e.r.s ice cream... you literally can bite the ice cream in your mouth before it melts.Because I love tiramisu a lot, Hazel's Nuts is my favorite flavor out of all the others! With real liquor and chocolate coated biscuits mixed in! So awesome! Rum Rum Raisin was so strong that even one scoop is hard to finish. Good for those who loves Rum I guess. I also tried their Mao Shan Wang and D24 durian flavors which were very rich and tasty! They recently introduced new flavor called Cowfee (coffee ice cream) which was decent too.So far I have been to this outlet at West Mall and the service standard has been consistent. Friendly and approachable young crew. Considering how much alcohol and quality they put into the ice cream, the price is reasonable.

The flavors are divided into three different range - classic, premium and connoisseur, and they come in single or double scoops in cups or cones. Pints are available for take-aways.When we arrived there wasn't any empty table so I decided to take a look at the flavors first.Finally settled on mao shan wang durian and earl grey (connoisseur + classic $6.90) on a waffle ($2.90).The ice cream were rich-tasting and creamy, but we had wasted money and calories on the waffle. Contrary to being freshly baked, it's stiff, dense and without the slightest warmth. U.d.d.e.r.l.y. disappointed!I didn't quite like the earl grey lingering in my mouth and started craving the new peanut butter crunch (classic $3.20) and bought a scoop to share. The liberal amount of roasted peanuts with brittle bits were extremely moreish.We enjoyed the ice cream immensely. Too bad about the awful waffle. The staff were patient enough but the tables were disgusting and we had to clear one ourselves.

I became a big fans for Pistachio ice-cream ever since I tried the one at 'Melt the world cafe' and since Udders Premium Range of ice-cream includesItaliano Pistachio how could I miss it!?I tried the Udders Italiano Pistachio at their west mall outlets and to my supriseit is far much tasty and better than the one at Melt!! Every mouthful of UddersPistachio ice cream makes me feel like I am chewing on tons of Pistachio at a go!

Absolutely enjoy the ice cream and the design of the shop! Casual yet comfy, definitely a great place to rest! More on the ice cream, the taste is PERFECT. I love the “mao shan wang”. It’s sweet and satisfying, and I simply couldn’t stop eating the Chocolate flavour one! THUMBS UP! xx
