Honey Mustard Sausage - $3.20. Bread with honey mustard filled with sausage. The bread was soft, easy to chew. The sausage was juicy, but a bit too spicy for my liking. Could have been bigger though haha.Chocolate & Pistachio Pretzel - $1.80. Nothing special. The amount of pistachio crumble sprinkled was too little. I would prefer the chocolate coating to be spread evenly over the whole pretzel. continue reading

I basically love anything chocolate and this Chocolate Melon Brioche is really good! The outer crust is baked crispy and filled with sugar while the inside contains chocolate Chocolate lovers will definitely love this bun! However, if you don't like sweet stuff, I advise you not to try it. This Custard Brioche look so yummy on the display counter and I got it as well! However, I find the filling too thin and the custard taste was only average. They have quite a range of pastries which are worth a try! continue reading

Fortunately, The bread society is just a few mins walking distance from my office.I usually dropped by there for my breakfast, love mostly all of their pastries.I bought the ham and chicken bread that served with tomato and cheese in this morning. It costs $1.80. Both ham and bread are fresh, that mached with my coffee. Started my morning with this satisfied breakfast.PS: only one thing, the paper that covered the bottom is stuck to the bread. continue reading

Bought this Banana Caramel Brioche at Bread Society in ION Orchard and it costs about $3. I think that the price of this Banana Caramel Brioche is slightly pricey as it will be cheaper to buy it from some other bakery shops. What attracted me to buy is the strong banana aroma of the Banana Caramel Brioche which was pleasant and nice. It was like eating a fresh ripped banana upon having one bite of the Banana Caramel Brioche. The outer layer of the brioche was slightly hard and dark in colour. The inner layer of the brioche was soft and spongy, it went well with the fresh banana on it.It is suitable to have Banana Caramel Brioche at any time of the day and the packaging of it was pretty appealing as well. continue reading

My sister brought this for the family. The most special bread i ever eaten. The center of the bread is stuffed with mashed potato and ham. The mashed potato seasoned with light black pepper. The bread is quite soft and nice. The combination is a good one. 2 pieces of this are already filling. Good to eat as snack or even to replace lunch or dinner. Overall is a good eat. continue reading
