Signature Dishes
I usually come to this food centre past 8 pm on weekday nights, and this stall will still have bustling business. The owners are probably Thai, judging from their accent. However, they understand mandarin as well (I tested them haha) for your orders and can reply back too in the same language.A lot of zi-char type of thai dishes are offered here. Perhaps I will order a range of dishes the next time I dine here with a large group. Most dishes seem to be priced reasonably low. But for now, I tend to order their ala carte dishes meant for one.The fried glass noodles is one of my fav zi-char dishes which is hard to fry up if the chef lacks the skills. Thankfully, the one here is done very well. The glass noodles are still slightly moist and has wok fragrance. Fresh prawns & squid are given and the flavoring for the noodles is very tasty. The large portion given always satisfies immensely. Will definitely come back again for more! - Fried glass noodles (炒冬粉), $4
