at least their sweet potatoes and yams are bigger pieces then other places. there is no tapioca bits which i love. overall, it is boring but the taste is quite good. the coconut soup is very fresh and fragrant. just sweet enough. would have preferred to have the tapioca bits. the service is slow but friendly. some items get sold out very quickly or are never on offer eventhough it is on the menu. the yams and sweet potatoes are a bit overcooked. about $2.50 continue reading

This dessert stall has really many fans from all ages that patrol them everyday. I would like to recommend their black sesame cream which is very smooth in texture, with thick black sesame flavour in it. Really appreciate the part that they have take the effort to control the sugar in their desserts which are all at the ideal sweetness. The Almond cream is really nice to eat it cold and almond flavour is fragrant and as usual the texture is really smooth. The prices here are reasonable which has encourage many new and existing customers to be back for more. continue reading

I love their lotus seed dessert as they are generous with their servings and the lotus seeds are nicely prepared, soft and great to chew on. The soup is not too sweet and not too sticky, thus you will not get sick of it. This is best taken when it is served warm. continue reading

Cheng Teng is a common dessert in Singapore which is known to dispel heatiness. This dessert can be served hot or cold depending on individual liking. I loved the cold ones due to the hot weather in Singapore. In the dessert, one can find dried longan, barley, lotus seed, white fungus, gingko and Pang Da Hai. There are lots of ingredients in it which made it one of my favourite dessert. The one from this stall is not sweet and has a nice pandan leaves aroma. continue reading
