The oultet was located at the ground floor of one end of 100AM. There was limited dining in area. So I had the food taken away.SIGNATURE FRIED BACK ROLL ($6.90/ half roll)MAIN: Crab Meat, TamagoGREENS: Lettuce, Cucumber, AvocadoTOPPINGS: Flying Fish Roe, CheeseCal: 227 kcalThe roll looked ugly. It had quite oily taste although it had the right texture with the chewy rice, juicy crab meat and tamago, and the popping fish roe. But it was just too oily to have.SAMURAI CHICKEN ($6.90/ half roll)MAIN: Fried Popcorn ChickenGREENS: Red Green Yellow Capsicum, Green Coral Lettuce, Japanese Cucumber, Takuan, AlfalfaTOPPINGS: Togarashi Powder (Spicy)Cal: 228 kcalCrunchy vegetables, although wished that the popcorn chicken was be crispier.TUNA SASHIMI SALAD ($7.90)DRESSING: Wasabi & Yuzu SauceCal: 250 kcalThere was not enough dressing to coat the salad evenly. The tuna sashimi tasted a bit off to me.FOREST SALAD ($7.90)MAIN: Sauteed MushroomDRESSING: Wafu SauceCal: 200 kcalThe mushrooms were well cooked but the dish was let down by the over used of black pepper here. It just tasted of black pepper which covered the nature taste of mushrooms.Service not bad, but the food got to improve some. continue reading

Tried this for the first time and totally love it. All the goodness packed into a roll, half costs $6.90 and one roll is $12.90. The Salmon Rumba is yummy grilled salmon rolled up with lots of yummy ingredients. My friend had the crispy softshell crab Crabby Crunch and she love it too. Sushi Burrito is healthy and delicious and is perfect for those who wants a quick and convenient meal. continue reading

I got myself the Rainbow Shrimp. The roll itself is packed full with fresh ingredients. The presentation of the dish does whet my appetite! The colours are too attractive! I love the flavours of the rainbow shrimp burrito! The greens used in the burrito was fresh, as well as the shrimps. :-D Loving all the elements in the burrito. The rainbow shrimp was $5.90, though. A tad pricey, if you ask me. But really, it's worth a try as it's quite unique. continue reading

The previous time I tried the Geisha Dance which featured unagi as the main ingredient. I wanted to give this place a try again when I was in the area, so I got the full roll of Salmon Rumba $12.90 this time round. This was a really big roll and it really filled me right up! I think for most girls, a half roll would be sufficient. This was the cute packaging that it came in. The sushi burrito itself was wrapped in paper, then placed in this 'cardboard' holder. There was a place for you to tear in the middle which makes it easy for you to hold and eat, or for sharing purposes.A cute little note written by the staff By the time I reached home, the burrito was slightly soggy, but this wasn't a problem for me. Taste-wise, I felt that the pickles was quite overpowering. I liked the crunchiness of all the vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, cabbages, pickles, carrot and tomato) but all I could taste was the pickles and subtle taste of the salmon and sauce. Overall I don't think it's fantastic and it's really pricey, but I might still buy it again if I'm in the area and looking for something healthy and easy to eat. continue reading

I had lunch with my friend at this relatively new outlet at 100AM shopping mall! We order four half wraps, the Salmon Rumba, Rising Sun, Geisha Dance and Rainbow Shrimp. Their best-seller is the Rising Sun, which consist of fresh salmon sashimi and crabmeat as it's main ingredients with the greens. The main ingredient of Salmon Rumba is the grilled salmon, the Geisha Dance is grilled unagi while the rainbow shrimp consist of prawns and naruto maki. Their half wraps are priced at around $5.90-6.90 while their full wraps at $10.90-12.90. I like that their sushi burritos are chock full of ingredients! We ended off with a slice of their green tea cake, which was so unsatisfying compared to their burritos! continue reading
