When you thought of having casual seafood meals, the first few restaurants that came to mind are probably Fish & Co, Manhattan Fish Market and Jack's Place. Little did we know that a place by the name of Hooked! was hiding amidst the transquility of the western Rail Mall.Months back, a few friends and I took the opportunity to meet up for dinner after a short photoshoot at the dysfunct railway tracks.
