Signature Dishes
During Lunch time I was walking around Clementi and saw a new Bakery Kiosk outside Fairprice.Their offerings are similar to Baker's Talent selling Flavoured Buns all below $1 price tag. Their buns are freshly made in store and piping hot.Their friendly staffs recommended the Golden Sand Bun at 90 cents. The price was cheaper than Baker's Talent by 5 cents.The Golden Sand Bun had a heavy buttery aroma on the skin. The bread texture was soft and airy. The fillings was flowing out like running hot egg yolk when you teared open the bun. It tasted liked salted and sandy custard, but no salted egg yolk taste. Overall, I felt that this Golden Sand Bun was better tasting than Baker's Talent one.
