Signature Dishes
Buying crab dinner for some ‘ang mo’ friends from Perth.We ordered Fried Sea bass, crispy fried whole fish was flavorful but the fish meat is abit tough. Kung Pow Scallop, sweet, spicy and sour sauces coats every pieces of fresh chewy scallop topped with crunchy cashew nuts, delicious.Braised tofu and Stir Fried Broccoli was alright tasting. I start to drool just by looking and smelling this dish - Chili Crab, big succulent crabs cooked in hot red tomato chili paste, tangy and sweet with mild chili taste crabs not only impresses me it got my guests licking their fingers too.

You definitely gonna try their signature dish from No Signboard Seafood and that is the Cereal Prawns. The prawns were deep fried to a perfection that it is so crispy that you can even eat together with the shell as well. Not only that, the prawns was fry along with generous amount of cereals that was cooked in slightly fiery butter sauce that adds a kick to your appetite. I suggested this dish should go along with rice as the cereals combines really well with white rice that makes you feeling hungry already. The aroma of the cereal prawn was really awesome that leaves an unforgettable fragrant smell behind. Die die must try!

Apart from dining in their restaurant, we always like to take away only the crab dishes, and eat at home, together with our home cooked dishes. In that case, saving us quite a bit of money. Their signature chilli dishes is always a star. The portion is huge, and the amount of gravy sauce they gave is generous too. I like the rich chilli sauce, not overly spicy, with great fragrant of spices.

I'm so in love with these deep fried butter chicken. Somehow, it gave me an addiction to eat that every time enter No sign Board I would order these with plain rice. I love how it season. Not oily at all! Even the sauce is tasty! And the chicken meat is super tenderrr!If you go to No signboard you would also want to order the black pepper crab. It's very famous too. But I don't really like to eat crap so I didn't order. Many people say it's nice so may be if you like pepper crab, you can have them here :}

No only seafoods are good here, you should also not neglect on their other dishes such as their vegetables and meats dishes. One of my recommendation will be their butter fried chicken. Really big portion and the chicken has been marinated well before they deep fried it. The meat is not tough and really juicy. There are also lots of sliced onions, diced peanuts and sweet chilli sauce topped on it which almost make this dish taste like 'chinese rojak'. Really nice to eat it with fragrant plain rice as well. Is really a good portion for almost six to eight adults that can share together.
