Signature Dishes
At Westgate Isetan Basement 2, there were quite a number of Japanese kiosk selling Japanese fare. I walked pass this Nagomi Deli whereby they sell chilled cooked food. I decided to buy some for afternoon snack. The staff was friendly and she explained what the dishes were. They sell by weight, whereby my order was 200g and it cost $4.80.The appearance looked nice but the taste was otherwise. The Chikuzenni was not well braised, consider the sauce given was quite sweet and salty with a hint of mirin.The chicken thigh meat was hard and rough, I though it was breast meat. The lotus root and other vegetables tasted quite mild in braised sauce.
