在新加坡每一個熟食中心，都總有三幾家小檔口專賣飲料，而街口正正就有一家「牛車水美食街熱冷飲料」，所賣的果汁飲料非常多選擇，如西瓜、黃梨、木瓜、青蘋果、蜜瓜、檸檬、楊桃、番石榴、芒果、甘庶水、椰子以及多種樽裝或罐裝汽水……等等。菠蘿汁，當地人稱為黃梨，入口十分清香鮮甜，還帶少少果肉，不過冰塊下得狠，十分之多。竹庶水，或許是店家招牌，因為眼見非常多客人也選了這個，而味道確是清潤香味，在炎熱的新加坡之中，涼快的飲料令人更加起勁。 continue reading
