I ordered the beef noodle from their viet bistro, i think this is the only pasta mania that sells Vietnamese food. The beef noodle was delicious... the soup was very tasty! I like it, i even finished the soup haha.. My friend ordered the chicken noodle, she tasted my beef noodle and said that the beef noodle is better than the chicken noodle, so I made the right decision by ordering the beef noodle. Recommended for the Vietnamese beef noodle in Pastamania Robinson rd. continue reading

Ordered the marinara with pasta fusilli but was served penne instead. Server says it is still pasta and will be a waste if i insist to change it. Fine, i took it as i did not want to wait further.Price: there is 25% off if you eat there between 3-6pm on weekdays. I was surprised as it meant cheaper lunch than expected. Only found out from the cashier when i was paying as she mentioned my total payable after discount was less than $10. So i asked her what 'discount'? So dear reader, if you have to eat here, make sure you pick this time. No crowd and no queue somemore Seafood ingredients were not stale but definitely not fresh. There were 2 prawns, 4 clams and 2 slices of squid in my plate. The sauce was warm enough and had small chunks of tomatoes in it.You can tell when you taste them. The penne was not well cooked so i had to chew fervently in case i get indigestion afterwards.Plus point: there is supposedly free wifi here, only for their patrons. Get the wifi key when you pay at the cashier for your order/s. continue reading

For more reviews, please see http://thehungrybunnie.blogspot.com/2010/12/pastamania-cpf-building.htmlI've never really been a fan of Pastamania, mostly because it's really just bastardised Italian fast food. Admittedly, they are relatively cheap, which explains the prevalence of cash-strapped teenagers filling its branches. I suppose it's good if you want a quick, no-frills and cheap lunch. We had:1) Chicken Sausage Linguine ($7.90) - Very generic but perfect for a carb-craving, even if the tomato sauce was a bit too watery and tasted straight out of a bottle2) Garlic Bread (top up $2.50 for a set lunch with a drink) - probably one of their better offerings, this was nicely toasted and really fragrant and garlicky continue reading

Had lunch over here when i was at the vicinity, and my lunch partner ordered the carbonara and I had their creamy chicken. My lunch partner's carbonara was quite dry but as for mine, i like it as it was just nice for me the cream sauce, but i feel that the portion is a bit small though as compared to the outlet at tampines mall. But it is okay it is still nice to me. I also enjoyed eating their garlic bread too, its crispy! continue reading
