Signature Dishes
I have been to this restaurant many times but forgot to take photos of the food. I lived in Xi'an for four years and I like Yang Rou Pao Mo very much. I think the Shaanxi food in this restaurant are all very delicious such as Yang Rou Pao Mo (mutton with small pieces pie), Liang Pi (cold flat rice noodle), Rou Jia Mo (meat in pie). I plan to eat Da Pan Ji (large plate chicken) next week which is Xinjiang cuisine as I haven't eaten it since I left Xi'an.

I have eaten alot of la mian but this is the best so far. I always order the zha cai rou si mian (preserved vegetables and shredded pork noodles) every single time I visit. The noodles is very tangy and the soup is yummy. I normally add 2 teaspoon of chili to spice up the soup. This is one la mian which I cleaned up the entire bowl....noodles, soup and all! The shop is run by Chinese nationals so the noodles is really authentic. One of the cheapest eatery in boat quay. Must try!!!
