Signature Dishes
After a fun shopping trip at Clark Quay, I have setted down in this restaurant to have my favourite Billy Bombers chickens. Restaurant is quite spacious and comfortable. The restaurant staffs are prompt in taking my orders but the food served to me was a little bit long. Chicken meat was very juicy and easy to chew, and really love the crispy and not too oily fragrant chicken skin with really nice batter over it. Coleslaw was also fresh and crunchy, which is very appetizing. For less than $20 of my spending here, is quite affordable.

Billy Bombers' menu has quite limited range of food to choose from and my family and I had to order repeated dishesover and over again. We also wanted to play safe and to stick to the comfort food zone. Standard appetiser of crispygarlic bread and mushroom soup. I ordered the ribs with chicken set (came together with fries, onion rings and vegetables). I enjoyed the sweet savoury taste of the ribs although the portion of it was small. As for the chicken chop, nothing special. My bro ordered the almost similar set, only that the ribs was replaced by pork. My mum had this set which comprised of a jumbo sized hotdog, potato salad, pork, 2 prawns and vegetables. I just felt that the jumbo dog was juicy and tasted the best. My dad ordered something new, sea bass (I supposed) with olive rice. Luckily the sea bass did not have any fishytaste/smell and was rather tender. The rice tasted strange, like some herbal mixture going to go wrong any moment.

I was waiting for my friend whose working nearby to have lunch or in my case brunch! She asked me to go in first to get a seat and order the food first while waiting. I love Billy Bombers, it has a very original american diner feel. I love that its a funky and retro place Thats one of the reason that attract us to choose this place. I looked through their menu that has a wide selection Everything looks tempting!!! Finally i decided to order the All Star Burger that looks great. It definitely surprise me when it arrives! The eggs looks great and the whole burger is thick I couldn't wait to eat it. This burger had a nice beefy bite with two eggs that was so juicy I would definitely recommend to try this burger out

I had lunch with a few friends! and I must say I really enjoyed! The food was really good! I ordered the half spring chicken. It was really good. The chicken was very juicy and tender, but the best part of all was the dessert. It was truly amazing. I really really enjoyed it. It had the brownie with ice cream which made my taste buds go to heaven. It might be a little pricey but its really worth it. The atmosphere also is really nice, giving you an original American fell to it. I would also give the service 2 thumbs up, really enjoyed myself. I would suggest it to everyone and also their drinks. I got the coke float. Its a really big mug, so my advice is to share it with friends.

Came here specially for the ribs and chicken wings as my friend told me must try.Portions are generous,served in very big plate that the small table we were sitting were soon taken up in space by the dishes.The ribs came as a whole rack of maybe 10-12 pieces and were very soft,tender and delicious with the BBQ sauces.Chicken wings were fried to such crispy,nice golden colour that i could taste the well marinated honey which were fragrant but not too sweet..really heavenly!Equally love the potato salad which has a good mix of sour cream.Services too was good at refilling our drinks but billing was a bit slow.
