Missing those Ramen and should visit this restaurant. Ordering style like Tokyo too. Servicing since poor as tables was not cleaned before servicing and ordering take some time too. Spicy Miso Tongkatsu spicy special was their signature disk. Spiciness is not there and not for spicy lover but soup is still thick and taste good. The toppling is full with pork slides, eggs , vegetate , seaweed and 🌶. Each table also served with free eggs but normal type. I choose the normal noodles which is alright for bitting. Another ordering with Spicy Miso Tonkatsu normal. Lessen for eggs and pork slides. Do not special. continue reading

This the first outlet of the popular Keisuke Ramen King's chain of ramen outlets. The outlet was at first located at Parco Millenia Walk, and was later moved over to Suntec City when Parco Millenia Walk closed down. The outlet was known for its Crab stock ramen which did not sit well with Singaporeans who assoicated it with the local prawn noodle soup. Most felt that it was way too expensive when one could easily get a regular bowl of prawn noodle soup for $3.The restaurant was decorated in a bright and modern look, with counter seats right at the back.As a member, I received Green Tea Cooler for free, which normally cost $3 per bottle. It was just a soba drink without the green tea flavour.Similar to other ramen outlets, the outlet also offers free flow marinated bean sprouts. This outlet also offered free kid ramen with an order of a regular ramen.NIBOSHI Ramen ($13.90++)Japanese Dried Fish Stock The soup was flavourful but not as oily as the usual pork soup. Crab Stock Ramen Special ($18.90++)Served with extra char siew, lava egg, and sea weed. The noodles used in this ramen dish was different from the usual type. It was like thick yellow noodles which we commonly known it as yee mee. The soup was rich and creamy, tasting quite similar to prawn noodle soup.Overall the ramen dishes were not bad. Service was fast. continue reading

Price is very reasonable considering this in Suntec area. Long queue so prepare to wait. The chefs are all Japanese so quality is ensured. We loved the soup base. There are free "Tougay" (beansprout) appetizers while waiting for your ramen. Taste wise, I like mine but my wife feel it is a bit too thick, but not Jelad like some other ramen places. Service is good, tough a bit slow due to the lack of manpower and crowd but no complain. Just enjoy the embience and free ice water at no charge. We tried the Wasabi Ginger Ale but it taste more ginger than Wasabi - just for fun. Overall, it is above average for us. continue reading
