What's a meal without a decent dessert ? And with the killer weather in Singapore, ice cream will always be my very first choice for dessert. Seated at an open area at City Square Mall, you can enjoy a scoop or two of ice cream... Was there for lunch and I must say the price of $9.90 (lunch time promotion) for an awesome Fish and Chip + free soup and soft drink is a real steal but that is if you are ready to compromise on the service.
