We had a wonderful department lunch at Poulet Changi Airport . Food was excellent as usual - the signature creamy mushroom chardonnay sauce was sinfully rich and totally satisfying. Another interesting dish is the pissaladiere ... This restuarant used to be in redhill - but has moved to this new location 2 years ago. i must say, the old venue at the top floor of a shopping mall was certainly easier to access and busy with lunch and dinner crowd. at this new loca...
