 2011-03-02Hai Nan Xing Zhou Beef Noodle (Toa Payoh)
Went there at about 1+pm on a weekday and there was a long queue. We waited patiently in line for about 20 minutes and just as we inched nearer to the stall front, the stall uncle announced that only the soup version is left!  So ...Second visit to the place. Ordered tequila sunrise, tom yum soup, phad thai, and seafood aglio olio. Service was great as usual, with friendly smiles all round. Tequila sunrise was sweet with vibrant colours. But the tom yum soup ... Was there for lunch, and there was a long queue. The menu looked nice with familiar items such as hotplate pork/chicken/beef, ramen with chicken cutlet, udon, bibimbap to name a few. Order at the counter and make payment. Get a num...
