Love Marche’s concept, but love Japanese food? Crave good ramen, but also sashimi, omu rice, rosti, Japanese desserts and skewed food? The answer is easy: Shokudo. This outlet at Raffles City is fashioned after March... Okay, this was pretty long ago but OH SO GOOD. Best if you take beef – because that is their specialty. Choose from a diagram of a cow and pick the parts you want... Only kidding. It is not as cold-blooded as that! Inste... I never could really understand what the big deal was about Timbre – I mean, bars good food, good music and drinks readily available are not really rare in Boat Quay.
